Here are 10 items that you want to memorise:
Can you see (in your mind’s eye) all the items?
Visualise shoes. Do you see red or black shoes? Do you see runners or slippers? It doesn’t matter: All that is necessary at the moment is: do you have a picture in your mind’s eye?
If you say yes, then move on to the next item.
And so on, all the way through to last one on the list.
